This is where the process starts. The form below is how we get to know you: your academic background, your English level, your goals, and how much time you can realistically commit. We use it to make an honest first assessment of where you stand.
This program is built for students at B1 English level or above. If you're not yet at B1, we'll guide you toward the English pathway that gets you there first. Submitting this form is still a good way to start that conversation.
Before You Apply
Submitting this form doesn't guarantee a place in the program, and the program itself doesn't guarantee admission or scholarships. What it guarantees is direct preparation: your English, your test scores, and the strength of your application.
Take your time with this. The questions about your commitment, your sponsor's awareness, and your willingness to delay if needed aren't formalities. They're part of how we assess fit, for you and for us.
Program fee: 397,400 Rwf paid in full, or 495,800 Rwf in two installments. Covers the 9-week program, your English pathway level, and test preparation. On-campus boarding is optional and priced separately.
Full Pricing & Boarding DetailsIf the fee gives you pause but you believe you're an exceptional candidate, don't let that stop you from applying. A limited number of full fee waivers are awarded by merit each cycle, through school nominations or direct selection. There's nothing extra to fill out.
