My mission is to eradicate generational poverty in by giving disadvantaged students a chance to have a quality education. Looking back at my life, the best selfish thing I can do is to give young people the exposure they need to achieve their dreams. Most of the childhood friends that I grew up with are still in mundane jobs with very little access to opportunities that can help them unlock their full potential.

Some of them are even smarter than me, just as hard-working as I am, and many are as driven as I am. Now, this begs the question, “What made the difference for me?” I would call it just a chance to have a world-class education that made a difference between wishing I could help others and being able to help them.

I want to help high-achieving, low-income African students access a world-class education. I want to give them the right preparation and exposure they need to experience a rigorous higher education. I have chosen this job because I want to help African students whose talent and promise exceed their resources to afford world-class education.
