No one — including us — can honestly promise you either of those things. What we do offer is real: structured preparation, honest guidance, and the discipline to give serious students their best possible chance. If anyone ever guarantees you a university seat or a scholarship, treat it as a warning sign.

You find out where you actually stand — before it costs you an application

Every application costs time, money, and a piece of your confidence. A proper readiness assessment tells you, honestly, what your academic background and English level can currently support — and what needs work first. That single step alone stops students from applying to the wrong universities and getting rejected for reasons that were fixable.

English fluency and exam scores don't happen overnight

IELTS, SAT, TOEFL — these test real ability, not luck. Real ability takes structured months of practice, correction, and repetition to build. Students who start this process early walk into their test date calm and prepared. Students who cram in the final weeks are gambling with a result that decides which universities will even consider them.

A strong application is built, revised, and rebuilt — not written once

Admissions officers read thousands of essays that all sound the same. The application that stands out has been genuinely worked on — not polished once and submitted. An acceptance letter is followed by financial aid forms, visa paperwork, and embassy interviews — all with strict deadlines and little margin for error. Step 1

Readiness Assessment & Benchmarking

A full diagnostic of your academic background, English level, and which universities genuinely fit you — academically, structurally, and financially. This is where we find out exactly what needs work, before any time or money is spent on applications.
Step 2

Foundation Strengthening

Structured lessons and guided correction close whatever gaps the assessment revealed. Quietly, in the background, university shortlisting begins, testing timelines are mapped out, and early essay groundwork starts — so you're ahead of schedule by the time Step 3 begins.
Step 3

Disciplined Application Development

Essays, test scores, and documents are built and revised to a genuinely competitive international standard, with mock interviews where relevant. You and your family always keep the final say on where and when to apply — we make sure it's your strongest possible application when you do.
Step 4

Transition Readiness & Decision Review

A pre-submission review to check real fit, help interpreting offers, rejections, or waitlists, and full support after acceptance — financial aid guidance, visa documentation, embassy preparation, and pre-departure orientation. We stay with you through to departure, not just to the acceptance letter.

Fee waivers are available. A limited number of full fee waivers are awarded every cycle, based on merit — not financial need. Selection happens through school nomination or direct Afridemia selection; there's no separate application required. Cost should not be the reason a serious student doesn't try.

No. Afridemia is a preparation program and an official British Council IELTS registration centre. We prepare students to apply to universities abroad; we are not one ourselves.

Do you guarantee admission or a scholarship?

No — and no legitimate organization can. Admission and scholarship decisions are made entirely by the universities themselves. What we guarantee is honest, structured preparation that gives you the strongest realistic chance.

What if I don't reach the benchmark for the next stage?

You keep working on it. We tell you honestly where you stand and help you close the gap — we don't push a weak application forward just to move you along. It's slower for some students, but it protects the strength of every application we do support.

How are fee waivers actually decided?

By merit, each cycle — through school nomination or direct Afridemia selection. There is no separate application form, and no payment is ever required to be considered for one.

Afridemia is an official British Council IELTS registration centre, based in Kigali. You're welcome to visit our campus, speak with current or former students, or contact us with any question before enrolling.
